Safety technical measures for lowering and installation of fully mechanized excavators
in order to strengthen the safety management of lowering and installation of fully mechanized excavators, ensure the safety of operators and equipment, give full play to the efficiency of equipment, and ensure the normal operation of equipment, this measure is specially formulated:

specific process principal, The tools and instruments required for the installation of the fully mechanized excavator designated by the person in charge of on-site construction must be prepared. See the attached table
II. Lowering installation scheme:
considering the operating conditions of the lowering line, the fully mechanized excavator is disassembled into three parts: the main body, the cutting part and the side shovel plate. The whole main body is loaded on the flatbed truck and lowered by the auxiliary shaft. After the cutting part and shovel part are disassembled, they are lowered by the flatbed truck. After arriving at the south wing of + 1058 parking lot, assemble the cutting part and connect the power at the same time. Then, the driver will drive to the working face through the 110206 upper haulage roadway and install the side shovel plate
1. Power supply: after the fully mechanized excavator arrives at the south wing of the + 1058 parking lot, it can be directly switched on from the + 1058 bypass, because the steel will damage the screw if the icon flashes and the surface power supply of the barrel. In addition, there is already a 660V high-voltage cable in the roadway, and a junction box is reserved every 200m. During the operation of the fully mechanized excavator, the power access point is changed according to the specific situation
2. Water source: there is a 4-inch water supply pipe on the right side of the roadway, and a quick connector is reserved every 50 meters, which can provide cooling water for the fully mechanized excavator
(I) existing problems:
after on-site investigation, the following problems need to be solved on the transportation and operation lines
1, + the bypass damper on the south wing of 1058 parking lot is 2.3m wide, and the body is 2.48M wide. It is impassable, so the damper needs to be removed
2. The 1000m section of 110206 upper haulage roadway is not wide enough, and the distance from the belt longitudinal beam to the left side of the roadway is mostly between 2.4 and 2.8
3. There are π beam scaffolding between 500m-800m in the roadway. Among them, there are 255 with one beam and three columns. 63 short beam supports with one beam and two columns. During the traveling process of the fully mechanized excavator, the single pillar on the left side of the belt near some sections needs to be removed before the fully mechanized excavator can pass. The width of the section with one beam and three columns is mostly between 2.4-2.8 meters, which cannot pass smoothly, so the columns need to be removed and rebuilt
3. There is a water supply pipe on the left side of the roadway, which cannot guarantee the roadway traffic width
4. The passage width of the roadway at the head of the second belt conveyor is only 2.1 meters, which cannot be passed and needs to be handled
(II). Solution:
after discussion and scheme comparison, it is decided to adopt the following methods:
1. The damper can coordinate the ventilation team to temporarily remove the door frame, which can ensure the passing width of 2.8 meters
2. When the width of the roadway on the left side of the belt cannot guarantee the safe passage of the fully mechanized excavator in case of failure of the hydraulic universal experimental machine system, the H-frame and longitudinal beam can be temporarily removed before the fully mechanized excavator passes, and the belt can be placed on the roadway floor, which can be recovered in time after the fully mechanized excavator passes
3. The middle pillar in the roadway of the shed section can be temporarily removed, and it can be restored in time after the comprehensive excavator passes through
4. The water pipe is lifted as a whole to ensure the traffic width. The height shall not be less than 2.0m
5. In order to ensure the stable installation of the belt conveyor, the second belt conveyor head decided not to move the belt conveyor head, but to brush the roadway
III. disassembly and loading
1. The model of the fully mechanized excavator installed by our team is EBZ-160. According to the cross-section size of the roadway on the lowering route of the fully mechanized excavator and the convenience of underground installation, it is decided to divide the fully mechanized excavator into three parts, and the weight of each part after disassembly is:
(1) cutting part: 8.5 (T)
(2) side shovel plate: 3.85 (T)
(3) body: 32 (T)
2. When disassembling the roadheader, special tools must be used to disassemble the parts that are closely matched, and it is not allowed to use a sledgehammer to knock forcibly, so as to avoid damaging the parts and causing difficulties in installation
3. When hoisting components with processing and assembly surface, the steel wire rope shall not be in direct contact with the processing and assembly surface, and it must be protected with backing plate or rubber, and the same is true when binding with steel wire rope
4. When disassembling the high-pressure rubber hose of the hydraulic system, first release the system pressure, correspond to each other, make marks, and wrap the end of the rubber hose with plastic or white cloth to facilitate installation and prevent wrong connection and dirt
5. All kinds of pins, fasteners, tools, bolts and other small parts after the disassembly of the roadheader should be marked and packed in special boxes to avoid loss
6. For the transportation line that the roadheader needs to pass, the model of the corresponding fully mechanized excavator must be used to simulate the transportation experiment, and the transportation and installation work can be carried out only when it can pass smoothly
7. Before the fully mechanized excavator enters the well, the signal workers on and off the well must contact each other to ensure that the signal is sensitive and reliable before transportation
8. The track maintenance workers shall carefully inspect the track lines and deal with problems in time
IV. loading and binding
1. Select the corresponding flatbed truck according to the overall size and weight of the parts, and the main engine must use the flatbed truck without oil pump working sound
2. The heavy parts shall be hoisted by loader. The center of gravity of the parts shall coincide with the center of gravity of the flatbed truck. Overload, over width and over height are not allowed, and experienced personnel shall be responsible for loading and binding
3. The fixation and connection between the host and the flatbed car adopt Ф 15.5mm wire rope buckle or Ф eighteen × 64 scraper chain and M24 orchid bolt or strand 8# lead wire are bound and loaded in front and back. Multiple strands of lead wire used for binding must be twisted and tightened to ensure that each strand of wire is stressed evenly
4. During binding, the exposed mating surfaces, protruding edges and corners, shaft heads and other precision parts of all machine parts should be protected to prevent damage or accidents during transportation
